From Vision to Reality

Custom pieces take approximately 4-6 weeks. Share your ideas, and I’ll provide an estimate so you know what to expect. Estimates are valid for 30 days due to the volatility of gold prices. I recommend reaching out about three months in advance to ensure everything is perfect for your proposal or special moment.

From start to finish, you’ll be kept in the loop! I’ll send photos and videos of the stones as they arrive and provide a computer-aided design (CAD) mockup of the piece for your approval before it’s made.

All diamonds come with GIA or IGI certifications, and once complete, your piece will be insured and shipped via two-day FedEx to a location near you, minimizing any risk.

A 20% deposit is required to start and order your stones, with final payment due before shipment. I recommend Zelle for no processing fees, but I also accept website payments with a 3% fee.

We accept returns within 7 business days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send us an email with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final sale, customized, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
